"When I first started therapy, I felt like I was constantly just trying to get through the day. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly didn’t even know where to begin. What made the biggest difference was how comfortable and real everything felt. It felt like I finally had someone who got it and wasn’t trying to judge me, just help me get through it. I’ve learned how to protect my peace, set boundaries, and reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t even think were possible."

"My household is multi-generational, with 70 years between my mother and daughter. Kiandra Daniels has been able to relate to each of us with ease, uniquely providing us with insight on our family dynamic. Her flexibility in switching between cultural references to all three of us is a rare gift that I imagine only a handful of therapists possess. She has always maintained a professional yet casual manner, and yet she almost feels like a member of our family. We feel that she has supported our growth and cohesion as a unit, always encouraging us to spread our wings when she's given us the tools we need to fly. We truly value her knowledge and expertise over the years!"

"Going to therapy was a big step for me. I didn’t know what to expect, and I was nervous about being judged or not knowing what to say. But from the start, it felt like I was talking to someone who actually listened and cared, without making me feel broken. Little by little, I started to understand myself better. I’ve learned how to manage my anxiety, how to show up for myself, and how to stop constantly second-guessing everything. It hasn’t always been easy, but I honestly can’t imagine where I’d be without it."
